Happy New Year!! Stampin Up Tutorial # 22

I hope you enjoyed a safe fun filled evening on New Years Eve! I wanted to share with you a card I made to  thank all my customers for a great 2013!

Very easy card but is just stunning! I used Basic black, silver glimmer and Whisper White cardstock. Here are the measurements: black 8 1/2 x 5 1/2, Silver Glimmer is 5 1/4 x 4 and White is 5 x 3 3/4.

I stamped the New Years stamp(retired from last year) with StazOn ink.

I then punched out some stars around the top so you can see the glimmer behind it. I used the paper piercing pack and mat to poke holes between the stars. I added a few rhinestones to give off the bubbly effect above the stamp. I used dimensionals to adhere the Whisper White to the glimmer paper.
